whats better, single handle or double handle sink faucet
so im getitng a new faucet for our new bathroom sink.which is better, a
double handle fancy faucet or a single handle facuet?
Double
It is really a personal preference. I prefer double handles.
They look more upscale and I think they are much easier to use than a
single.
Once you use a single handle you will never want a double
handle again. Most double handles use a faucet washer that wears out and a
single handles use a piston type diverter that can easily be replaced and
lasts a very long time.
Some times people try to match what they have in their
shower/bathtub.If not the case, a single is very easy to regulate the
water temp. Also you have less to CLEAN if that is important.

Single handle is easier to get the correct temp of your water.
I like the look of the double handle better and that is what I have in my
bathroom, it looks more balanced to me. They are both fine, just pick the
one that you like best.
with the quality of todays faucet i really think its a matter
of personal preference i have now gotten used to the single handle and it
works just fine good luck
